PARENT INFORMATION

PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL INFO BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS OR VISITING OUR VENUE.​

1. Giggleton does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children within the premises.
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult/guardian at all times. 
2. All adults and children must remove shoes and wear socks in the play area.
3. No food, drinks or chewing gum should be taken into the play space.
4. Play is restricted to a 90 minute allocated play session.
5. Customers who are unwell, must not visit the centre for 48 hours (or until non contagious).
6. Fighting, bullying and abusive language will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave without refund.
7. For health and safety reasons, in the unlikely event of an accident or injury occurring, please immediately report it to a member of staff.
8. Upon leaving the building please ensure that any Giggleton property is left behind.
9. Giggleton cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property during your visit.
10. Tickets are non-refundable. 24 hours notice is required for session transfers.
11. Due to fire regulations, buggies are not permitted inside the premises but can be left in the lobby area of the venue.
12. Purchasing a ticket is acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.​​​
